No. We are a professional pet travel documentation and coordination service. We are not a government agency, veterinarian or laboratory, and we do not issue permits, certificates or approvals.
Do you complete the official DOA forms for me?
We prepare and coordinate official government forms and collect the information required. Some forms — such as the Proof of Vaccination Certificate — must be completed by your veterinarian.
What pets do you handle?
Currently dogs and cats. Our platform is designed so additional species can be supported in future.
How long does the process take?
It depends on the destination requirements, rabies titre timing and appointment availability. We build a timeline for your specific case.
Can my pet come ashore during a cruise?
It depends. Pets coming ashore require the full import process and permit; pets remaining aboard follow a separate DOA confirmation process.
Is my information secure?
Yes. Documents are stored privately and are never publicly accessible. Access is restricted to you and your authorized coordination team.
